Jude is deeply rooted within a vast and diverse global network of community. She’s been a digital nomad for many years, opting to work anywhere with a good WiFi connection, even while working in the bank industry for more than 10 years. Her clients will attest that she is incredibly accessible, no matter what time it is.
She has been a personal concierge for friends and family for over two decades, since her first solo trip to Europe at the age of 17. Jude's joy, love of travel, and innate knack for unearthing hidden treasures makes her a breath of fresh air to work with - not to mention her mean organization skills, attention to detail, and deep commitment to unparalleled service.

After 10 years in the Fashion industry, I left my native UK and crossed the pond to Miami where I found myself gravitating towards the hotel business.
I spent 2 yrs as a Guest Relations Manager at a top South Beach Hotel, dealing with high-end profiled clients and all their needs during their stay. I then moved to NYC in 2001 and after a brief stint in Public Relations at Nadine Johnson & Associates, I was recruited by Hampshire Hotels & Resorts and opened up 2 of their flagship Mid-town hotels. In 2010 Mr & Mrs Smith, the Luxury Boutique agency was finally coming Stateside and I opened up their NYC office where I remained as Senior Travel Consultant for 10 yrs… with my passion for all things Travel & Food, this was my dream come true. I created truly unique and personalized travel experiences for all of my clients as well as had the opportunity to visit amazing destinations, my top 3 – New Zealand, Sri Lanka, and Costa Rica (amongst but a few) – Our purpose is “To inspire our members to discover extraordinary places with the people they love”.

Saara brings nearly 25 years of experience working with high net worth families. Key to her success has been her keen ability to anticipate needs, exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Although she’s worked with just about every age group, the young child may be her very favorite. Saara has spent the past several years working with 3 to 6 year olds and holds her LifeWays North America Early Childhood Certificate. As a mother and educator she understands the needs of children, age appropriate activities, and the importance of crafting a vacation that aligns with the pace of childhood.
A master of weaving in magical vignettes while honoring reliable rhythms, Saara will ensure all members enjoy their family vacation.
